The Challenge

Even though Side Hustle had a solid backing from the local community, their original brand didn't quite match up with their name. Our mission was to create a rebrand that resonated with the name and their new location in a former bank.

The Solution

With a name like Side Hustle and its new location in a former bank building, the owners wanted to incorporate a banking theme into the rebrand. We designed the logo incorporating symbols of currency and typefaces that perfectly embody its financial theme.

And to show that this brand doesn't take itself too seriously, we introduced a playful mascot for a touch of lightheartedness. The playfulness extended with a clever monetary note motif for its beer can labels helping the brand to stand out among its competition.

The Results

After the rebrand, everything fell into place at the new location, providing customers with a seamless and reliable experience. The brand's unique personality is evident in every aspect, from the stylish cash register bar to the creatively designed money-inspired cans.
